Since the factory choke system is actually a fuel enricher circuit and the original choke plunger (part # 5V7-14171-00-00) has been discontinued, this kit provides a reliable and effective alternative for starting your sled in cold conditions.

This kit includes everything needed for installation (choke block-off plug included, though not shown in image) and is designed to work with both years of the SnoSport 125.

Installation Overview:

• Remove choke cable and plunger from carburetor
• Install included choke block-off plug and secure cap
• Install T-fitting in fuel line before fuel pump
• Mount primer pump in dash where choke was located
• Install machined spacer plate between intake boot and reed cage using included gaskets and bolts
• Connect fuel lines:
  • T-fitting → primer pump “fuel in”
  • Primer pump “fuel out” → spacer plate fitting
