Thank you for shopping with FreedomCycle Parts! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Rates and Times:

  • We offer standard shipping worldwide where applicable.
    Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days for special orders (will be stated in product listing unless otherwise.) Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's journey.
  • Please keep in mind we cannot control how quickly your package moves through the carrier's system. 

2. Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS (domestic & international) and UPS (domestic) to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

3. Shipping Hours

  • Our hours of shipping are Monday through Friday 10 AM through 3:30 P.M. If you placed your order during this time please allow 1-3 business days handling on in stock items or 3-5 business days for SPECIAL ORDER item.
  • We do not ship during federal holidays.
  • Orders placed over the weekend/after business hours will be shipped NEXT business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory reasons. Please refer to the product description for any specific shipping restrictions.

OVERSIZED ITEMS to Alaska: please call us before purchase in order to receive an accurate shipping quote on oversized items. These items include the following: 

  • Handlebars 
  • Tires
  • Bodywork
  • Windscreens
  • Seat Pans / Seat Foam

Hazardous Materials Shipping
Some products we sell are classified as hazardous materials by shipping carriers. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oils and lubricants
  • Batteries
  • Aerosols
  • Fuel-related components or chemicals

Due to carrier regulations and safety compliance requirements:

  • We may remove the restricted items from your shipment to comply with carrier regulations.
  • Any items that cannot be shipped will be canceled and a refund will be issued for those specific items.
  • The remainder of your order will still be processed and shipped as normal.

Partial Shipments & Refunds

  • If your order contains hazardous materials that cannot be shipped using your selected shipping method or to your delivery location:

Split Shipments

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.
  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

5. International Shipping:

  • For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
