Yamaha Snoscoot 80 CDI Module

We stock replacement CDI modules for the classic Yamaha Sno-scoot 80. The original Yamaha CDI box, part number 85G-85540-M0-00, was discontinued a few years ago, so we worked with an electronics specialist in the US and developed this replacement. Our replacement module uses a digital processor that is programmed to provide a timing curve identical to the original and is made using Japanese and American electrical Components. These CDI boxes fit both kickstart-only and electric start 1988-1990 Yamaha Sno-scoot 80 models.

Please be aware that as the housing has a slightly different shape than the original, you may have to fasten it to the frame in a different location.
