Yamaha BW200 Swingarm Pivot Bolts

The original Yamaha swingarm pivot bolt (part number 1E2-22141-00-00) has been discontinued for several years. We sourced an alternate bolt and nut set that fits these bikes properly. However, please note that this replacement bolt is slightly longer than the original, requiring you to trim approximately 10mm for a perfect fit.

Additionally, the replacement bolt features a different head design than the stock hex-headed bolt. You’ll need a 10mm hex key wrench to hold the bolt in place during tightening. Depending on the condition of your frame, you may also need to remove the stock nub that originally prevented the bolt from spinning while tightening.
