Yamaha BW200 Keyed Ignition Switch Kits

We offers replacement keyed ignition switch kits for 1986-1988 electric start BW200 models. The original switch, Yamaha part number 1RL-82150-01-00, has been discontinued, and Yamaha does not make another switch that operates the same way, so we hunted down a high-quality Honda brand switch that operates the same way. The kicker is that the switch is a slightly different shape and has to be spliced in.

You will need to find a way to mount this new switch, either by modifying the size of where the OEM used to stay, or finding a different spot. You also have to either splice the modular connector from your stock switch onto our switch, or splice it directly into your wiring harness. The table below shows what wires to connect.
